TransDigm Completes Acquisition Of DART Aerospace

TransDigm Group [TDG] on Wednesday said it has completed its $360 million cash acquisition of DART Aerospace from the private equity firm Greenbriar Equity Group. The deal was first announced in March. DART, which is based in Montreal, provides helicopter mission equipment solutions mainly for civilian aircraft. The company also provides equipment, parts and tooling for military helicopters. DART is expected to generate $100 million in pro forma sales this year. About 95 percent of sales come from proprietary products…
