Subsystem Technologies, Inc. (SUBSYSTEMs) is growing its systems engineering and technical assistance capabilities with the acquisition of business management consulting firm KMS Solutions, LLC, which brings its workforce development and policy training experience for the Department of Defense and U.S. Intelligence Community.Under the deal, which was announced Tuesday, KMS Solutions will become a wholly owned subsidiary of SUBSYSTEMs where it will provide full life-cycle support for systems engineering, including specification development and pre-deployment testing.
