State Department Approves $1.42 Billion Sale In Netherlands Radio Equipment

The U.S. State Department on Wednesday approved a potential $1.42 billion Foreign Military Sale to the Netherlands for various radio equipment. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) notified Congress of the sale on Oct. 16. The agency said Netherlands is requesting to buy an undisclosed amount of non-major defense equipment items including AN/PRC-117G radios, AN/PRC-152A radios, AN/PRC-160 radios, AN/PRC-163 radios, AN/PRC-167 radios, tactical key loaders, network encryptors, and technical assistance and other program support.
