The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology (S&T) Directorate has issued a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) seeking a qualified offeror to identify and demonstrate analytical instrumentation suitable for the analysis and quantification of low volatility chemical agents in environmental samples. The instrumentation should be adaptable and configurable for operations in a variety of potential laboratory platforms. S&T’s Chemical and Biological Division also needs optimized sample preparation and processing methods and analytical protocols for high-throughput analysis and characterization of environmental samples contaminated by low volatility chemical warfare agents.
