The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology (S&T) Directorate has issued a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) seeking a qualified offeror to identify and demonstrate analytical instrumentation suitable for the analysis and quantification of low volatility chemical agents in environmental samples. The instrumentation should be adaptable and configurable for operations in a variety of potential laboratory platforms.
