Sotera Defense Solutions on Friday said it has agreed to acquire Potomac Fusion, Inc., a small information technology services firm that provides customers in the intelligence community and Defense Department with data fusion, data analytics, cyber and visualization solutions for tactical intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) systems operating in a cloud computing environment.
