Sikorsky Aerospace Services [UTX] announced at the International Defence Industry Fair the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to explore the formation of a joint venture with MilSOFT ICT to develop, market and support a suite of fleet management software tools. Sikorsky Aerospace Services is Sikorsky Aircraft's aftermarket business will have a leading role as a partner in the new venture.
