Serco Inc. on Tuesday said it has completed its $327 million acquisition of Northrop Grumman’s [NOC] mission training and satellite ground network communications software business, further expanding the United Kingdom-based company’s business in the U.S. Serco Inc. is the U.S. subsidiary of Britain’s Serco Group. With the deal, Serco has more than $2 billion in annual sales in North America.
