By Calvin Biesecker The Senate Appropriations Homeland Security Subcommittee on Wednesday allocated $43.8 billion for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in FY '11, snipping $100 million from the Obama administration's request while still adding $1 billion to the FY '10 levels.
