SASC Adds Funds For Planes, Tanks, Submarine in DoD Bill

A Senate panel approved legislation yesterday that demands information from the Obama administration on potential budget cuts and reverses the Pentagon’s plans for everything from retiring Air National Guard planes to scaling back tank and submarine production.
