SAIC Completes Purchase of Reveal Imaging

SAIC [SAI] on Monday said it has completed its acquisition of Reveal Imaging Technologies, giving it a solid foundation in a niche of the aviation security market for detecting explosives in checked baggage. Terms of the deal, which was announced earlier this month, were not disclosed (Defense Daily, Aug. 3). Reveal's key product is the CT-80 explosives detection system, which is certified by the Transportation Security Administration and is typically used in small and medium-size airports in the United States.…
