Saab Wins Lockheed Martin Contract For Canadian Navy Optronic Sensors

Lockheed Martin [LMT] awarded Saab an order to add optronic sensors to the Royal Canadian Navy’s Ceros 200 fire control directors, Saab said May 9.The Ceros 200, built by Saab, is a radar and optronic fire control director for naval ships. It can provide defense against various missile or asymmetric surface threats when interfaced with modern missile or gun systems. It currently equips all of Canada’s Halifax-class frigates.
