Romania Spending $4.5 Billion For F-16s, Equipment And Parts

Romania is looking to spend upward of $4.5 billion for 24 F-16C/D Block 50/52 aircraft as well as associated equipment and services, the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) reported.
