Retica Systems to Introduce Production Version of Eagle Eyes

Retica Systems next month plans to officially introduce the production variant of its Eagle Eyes iris-on-the move recognition systems, the company says. Eagle Eyes can accurately identify multiple subjects, in real time, without cooperation, Retica says. The system has a capture volume from 2.5 to 10 meters at a 35 degree field of view. The demonstrator models that the company was using at trade shows had a three to six meter capture volume. There is a "big push" for iris…
