REPKON USA on Wednesday said it has acquired a General Dynamics [GD] business that manufactures metal parts for the company’s Ordnance and Tactical Systems (OTS) division. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The GD-OTS business unit sits on 38 acres in Garland, Texas.
