Raytheon Gains Navy Contracts

The Navy gave Raytheon Co. [RTN] a $106.5 million contract change to procure 280 Joint Standoff Weapon (JSOW) unitary Air-to-Ground (AGM)-154C-1s, with a moving target/surface warfare capability. That contract also involves one additional unit for the performance characterization testing. Work is to be performed by March 2011. The Navy also gave Raytheon a $16.1 million contract change to procure Evolved Seasparrow Missiles (ESSMs) for the NATO Seasparrow consortium and the United Arab Emirates.
