Raytheon Completes Purchase of Oakley Networks

Raytheon [RTN] yesterday said it has completed its acquisition of Oakley Networks, a cyber security firm. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Oakley has about 200 employees and serves DoD, other U.S. government customers, Fortune 100 companies, and major U.S. retailers and manufacturers. Utah-based Oakley is a leader in cyber security and data leakage prevention systems, according to Raytheon. Raytheon said the deal builds on its software systems expertise and leverages Oakley's broad enterprise monitoring solutions.
