RAE to Supply Radiation, Toxic Gas Screening for Beijing Airport

RAE Systems [RAE] has received a $1 million-plus contract to provide radiation screening portals and wireless toxic gas screening networks for the Beijing Capital International Airport as part of security preparations for the Summer Olympics. The sale of the radiation portal scanner is the first by RAE. The scanner is an extension of its handheld radiation detectors packaged into a walk-through portal.
