QinetiQ North America Completes Cyveillance Acquisition

Britain's QinetiQ yesterday said its division based in the United States has completed the acquisition of Cyveillance, a provider of cyber intelligence products to commercial customers. Cyveillance paid $40 million for Cyveillance and the deal includes another $40 million in payout provisions based on the financial performance of Cyveillance during the next two years (Defense Daily, May 7).
