Private Equity Firm Acquires Wyle

The private equity firm Court Square Capital yesterday said it has acquired Wyle, a provider of aerospace and information technology solutions to the federal government, from Littlejohn & Co., another private equity firm. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Littlejohn acquired Wyle in 2003. The company has about $800 million in sales and 3,800 employees.
