Electrosoft-Zantech Joint Venture – EZteq – Wins Position on ITES-3S

$12.1 Billion U.S. Army ID/IQ contract vehicle award made under small business set-aside

RESTON, Va., Dec. 19, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — Electrosoft, a leading provider of diversified technology-based solutions and services to the federal government, announces that EZteq, LLC – a joint venture formed with Zantech – has been awarded a position on the U.S. Army Information Technology Enterprise Solutions 3 Services (ITES-3S) contract. The potential nine-year ITES-3S Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract, valued at $12.1 billion, includes five base years and four individual option years.

It is anticipated that this firm-fixed-price and time-and-materials contract will serve as the primary source of IT-related services for the U.S. Army worldwide. Specific task order services available under ITES-3S are wide-ranging and will include cybersecurity, integration, operation and maintenance, business process engineering, and education and training, among other enterprise IT functions. The Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions program at Ft. Belvoir, Va. will manage ITES-3S.

In total, the U.S. Army made 135 awards; 52 for ITES-3S’ unrestricted portion and 83 for the small business set-aside track.
