President’s Budget Accelerates FCS Spin Outs, Ends Manned Ground Vehicles

The service requests a total of about $3.1 billion for FCS, about the same as last year. However, the service chopped about $633 million from FCS, halting development and procurement of the manned ground vehicle program (MGV).
