PCX Aerosystems Acquires Timken’s Aerospace Drive Systems Unit

PCX Aerosystems on Monday said it has acquired Timken Aerospace Drive Systems (ADS), which provides aerospace transmission assemblies, gear boxes, flight critical components and overhaul and repair services for the aerospace and defense industry. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. ADS was a business unit of The Timken Company [TKR] and is expected to have about $50 million in sales this year.
