Orbital ATK Announces 2015 Dividend, Share Repurchase Plans

Orbital ATK [OA] on Thursday announced its capital allocation plans for this year, including quarterly cash dividend payments of 26 cents per share and repurchases of up to $75 million.The dividend payment is nearly 19 percent less than the 32 cents per quarter ATK paid its shareholders before its space and defense businesses merged with Orbital Sciences last month to create Orbital ATK.
