Northrop Grumman Signs Long-Term Supply Agreement For Explosive Powder

Northrop Grumman [NOC] last Friday said it has signed a 15-year agreement with Norwegian chemical company Chemring Nobel AS for high-energy, explosive powder used in warhead production, locking in long-term supply of HMX as the company boosts production to meet increased demand due to global events. The long-term supply agreement for HMX provides Northrop Grumman with guaranteed lead times and annual quantities, and predictable pricing, Northrop Grumman said.
