The non-profit science and technology firm Noblis, Inc., last week said it has acquired ElanTech Systems, Inc., a small firm that provides systems engineering, program management, acquisition and other services to the Defense Department and intelligence community, including the National Reconnaissance Office.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Noblis, which is based in Northern Virginia, said the acquisition improves its ability to innovate and to support its national security customers on C4ISR projects.
ElanTech, which is based in Maryland, has expertise in C4ISR and has supported government agencies with the migration of legacy capabilities to service oriented architectures. Most of ElanTech’s employees have top secret clearances.
SC&H Capital was ElanTech’s financial adviser on the transaction. Noblis was advised by Houlihan Lokey.
