Ben Bordelon will assume the duties of chairman, president, and chief executive officer of Bollinger Shipyards, the company announced on Tuesday.Bordelon and the Chouest family of Galliano, La., have acquired all assets and stocks of Bollinger Shipyards, Inc.Bordelon had previously served in various positions at Bollinger.
