New F-35 Costs To Be Unveiled In Weeks

The Pentagon defended the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter program on Capitol Hill yesterday as it prepares to release new data on the rocky program’s cost and schedule. Acting Pentagon acquisition chief Frank Kendall has “indicated his approval” of allowing the Lockheed Martin [LMT] program to continue and proceed with the Milestone B development phase, Vice Adm.
