NATIONAL HARBOR, Md. -- The U.S. Navy said Northrop Grumman’s [NOC] MQ-8C unmanned helicopter is proceeding apace and the service is focusing on getting the aircraft into the field and fully established but is also considering adapting its weapons to fit on to the Littoral Combat Ship (LCS).Capt.
