National Technical Systems Acquires Wyle Labs’ Testing Business

National Technical Systems (NTS) on Thursday said it has acquired the testing business of Wyle Laboratories, giving it new capabilities and a wider geographical footprint in the United States. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. NTS said the acquisition gives it three new testing laboratories that allow it to create “centers of excellence” for nuclear and space testing.
