Mullen Highlights Need for More Cyber Resourcing in 2010 Priorities Missive

In a Dec. 21 letter outlining his priorities for the armed services, Adm. Michael Mullen warns against transnational threats, among them terrorism, weapons proliferation, natural disasters, illicit trafficking, piracy and cyber attacks.
