Michael Stapleton Acquires Electronic Security Integrator

Michael Stapleton Associates, a provider of perimeter security solutions for government and private facilities and institutions, has acquired Access Systems Integration, LLC (ASI), a leading electronic security integrator in the New York region. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Michael Stapleton says the deal rounds out its suite of service offerings. The company has a full-time Emergency Operations Center that hosts a worldwide communications and weapons of mass destruction detection network with reach back capabilities to subject matter experts.…
