MARV-ELous: Navy/Marine Corps Test Prototype Resupply Drones

The Navy and Marine Corps said they recently completed performance evaluation of two unmanned aerial system options to perform medium aerial resupply for the Marine Corps, a project called the Medium Aerial Resupply Vehicle – Expeditionary Logistics (MARV-EL). The evaluation took place July 8-26 at Yuma Proving Ground, Ariz., organized by the Navy and Marine Corps Small Tactical Unmanned Aircraft System program office (PMA-263).
