ManTech Acquires IT Services Provider TranTech

ManTech International [MANT] recently said it has acquired TranTech, Inc., a provider of information technology (IT), networking and cyber security services to the federal government that has a prime contract position on a key Pentagon information services program. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
