ManTech Acquires Allied Technology Group To Build DHS Presence

ManTech International [MANT] on Wednesday said it acquired Allied Technology Group, Inc., an information technology (IT) and engineering services company that gives it prime contract positions on two large competitive contracts with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Maryland-based Allied Technology has unrestricted prime positions on DHS’ Technical, Acquisition, and Business Support Services (TABSS) and the EAGLE II contracts, which have a combined ceiling valued at $33 billion.
