Lockheed Martin To Produce More Hellfire Missiles For U.K.

The United Kingdom has ordered more Hellfire missiles under an approximately $45 million contract with Lockheed Martin UK, which continues missile delivery through 2013. All production for the AGM-114 missiles is completed in the United States at Lockheed Martin’s Troy, Ala., facility. The missiles are to be for the U.K. Apache helicopter and will be supported by Lockheed Martin UK, a company spokesman said.
