Lockheed Martin [LMT] this week said it has completed its acquisition of Gyrocam Systems LLC, a provider of gyrostabilized optical surveillance systems and field services mainly to the United States military. The deal was first announced in July (Defense Daily, July 23). Gyrocam's optical surveillance systems are mainly used on ground vehicles.
