Lockheed Martin Files JLTV Complaint In Federal Court, Canceling Previous Protest

Lockheed Martin’s [LMT] protest of the Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV) contract award was dismissed by the Government Accountability Office (GAO) on Tuesday, clearing the way for Oshkosh [OSK] to resume production of trucks for the Army and Marine Corps.The GAO did not weigh in on the validity of Lockheed Martin’s protest, but instead closed its books on the issue after Lockheed Martin gave notice it would file another protest with the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
