By Emelie Rutherford Lawmakers on both sides of the aisle launched immediate campaigns yesterday to reverse Defense Secretary Robert Gates' proposed reduction in missile-defense funding, termination of the F-22 jet's production line, and elimination of the vehicle part of the Army's Future Combat Systems (FCS) effort.
