Sea Launch Boosts EchoStar XI Satellite To Orbit Sea Launch, the mobile seagoing launch platform, saw a Zenit-3SL rocket blast off to deliver the EchoStar XI broadcast satellite into orbit, the company said. The bird will broadcast for DISH Network.
