L3 Acquires Space Mission Company Applied Defense Solutions

L3 Technologies [LLL] on Monday said it has acquired a software development and data analytics company that strengthens its work in space mission work for $50 million.Applied Defense Solutions (ADS), which is based in Maryland, is expected to contribute about $15 million in sales to L3 in 2018 and about $50 million in 2019.
