L3 Technologies [LLL] on Tuesday said has acquired Adaptive Methods, Inc., a designer and developer of sensor and computing solutions technology for Navy combat systems, in particular, unmanned undersea vehicles (UUV), and area the company is strategically targeting.L3 said the deal for Northern Virginia-based Adaptive Methods closed on Sept. 8.
