L-3 Completes Purchase of Insight Technology

L-3 Communications [LLL] last week said it has completed its acquisition of Insight Technology, adding to its capabilities in night vision and electro-optical systems. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. L-3 said it expects the deal to add about $200 million to its sales this year and to be immediately accretive to its earnings.
