L-3 Boosts Dividend Nine Percent

With strong free cash flow, L-3 Communications [LLL] on Tuesday said its board has increased the company’s quarterly dividend by nine percent, the 10th consecutive annual dividend increase by the company. The quarterly cash dividend is going from 55 cents to 60 cents earnings per share to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 3. “L-3 is committed to a balanced program of returning cash to shareholders, and we are pleased that the company’s strong financial position…
