Improved Oversight Would Benefit Army Network Strategy, New Report Says

A new report from the Government Accountability Office (GAO) said the "cost and scope" of the Army's network strategy program “presents significant risks and challenges” and deserves high-level oversight attention by both the Army and Defense Department. “Inadequate oversight of the portfolio could put the investment at risk,” the report (GAO-13-179) said.
