IBM Tops DHS Prime Contractor List Again

For the second straight year IBM [IBM] tops the Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) list of prime contractors in terms of total dollar amount, garnering $560.3 million in prime contracts in FY '10. IBM's contracts were mainly for information technology services work, with Customs and Border Protection (CBP) awarding nearly half of the company's DHS contracts.
