House Panel Provides $631 Million For Army Missiles, Rockets

The House Armed Services Committee (HASC) air and land forces subcommittee provided $631 million of authorizations for Army precision-guided missiles and rockets. That amount was contained in one portion of the overall defense authorization bill for the fiscal year ending Sept. 30, 2009, that the full HASC will consider at a "markup" session on Wednesday.
