House Panel Leaders Mainly Positive About New Littoral Ship Plan

By Emelie Rutherford A lawmaker who leads a Navy panel in Congress said he is pleased with the service's new acquisition strategy for the cost-challenged Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) program but wants to see strict cost controls put in place for it.
