Harris [HRS] has named John Heller president of its IT Services business, reporting to Daniel Pearson, chief operating officer (COO). Heller, 48, has served as vice president and general manager of IT Services' Department of Defense (DoD) Programs since joining Harris in 2007 with the acquisition of Multimax Inc.
