Harris Corp. [HRS] last week said it has acquired Crucial Security, Inc., a small information technology firm that has offensive and defensive capabilities in cyber warfare. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Crucial Security, which is based in Northern Virginia, has 110 employees.
